Welcome 2018!

"Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbours, and let every new year find you a better man person" -Benjamin Franklin

Happy 2018!
The year has started and, boy, it is flying by already!

Do you write out goals every year? As an avid list-maker, I always do and would like to share them with you!

These are my aspirations for the year:

-Polish up on my printmaking skills. I have been collecting lino and rubber plates for a while now and want to make a series of linocuts and prints (this one has been on the list before, but this year is the year!)

-More walks...for exercise, the scenery and the fresh air.

-More friend time (because everyone needs more friend time)

-Become a minimalist :)
(This one has been a work in progress...for years! I am trying to par down items in my home to what are necessary, inspiring and nourishing to the soul)  #WilliamMorris

-Do more yoga

-Do new things. I like the idea of shaking up the old comfort zone by trying something new every month or so.( i.e. karoake? line-dancing?)

- More volunteering (this one is a resolution)

How about you?

Karen
