I love this saying and try to be grateful every day!
I hope we can all find something to be grateful for, even when times are hard.
At the end of the day, I always try to think of all the blessings of the day and meditate on them before bed. It slows my brain down from the busy day of running around and all that thinking and stuff!
How about you? Do you have a gratitude journal? pray? meditate? do good? tell people how grateful you are to have them in your life? or something else?
This week I am heading to the big Winnipeg sale and am already grateful that I got all my work done and am ready for it. lol
